St Michaels Mount Inn
Barripper - Camborne - Cornwall
Welcome to St Michaels Mount Inn...
Welcome to our friendly local pub, in the village of Barripper, near Camborne. The Inn is a real Cornish pub, which is family run and a free house, serving an array of drinks and absolutely scrumptious food. We have a large car park and garden at the rear. So, whether popping in for a quick catch up, meeting up for lunch or spending a relaxed evening with family and friends in our bistro, you will always receive the warmest of welcomes.
The pub, originally an Inn, was were medieval pilgrims, rested and refreshed on the "Pilgrim's Way" as they walked to St Michaels Mount in Marazion, hence the name. Under new ownership, we plan to establish it, once again, as the centre of life in the village and become a focal point for the local community.
...much more than just a village pub...
With our chef's vast experience, we offer a wide selection of different types of dishes throughout the day, to suit all budgets. From small tasty bar snacks and tasters for a few pounds, to enjoying our traditional and hearty selection of meals from our bistro menu.
Our menus will offer the best classic dishes to indulge in, with seasonal dishes based on quality, locally sourced products. As well as the traditional favourites, our chef always likes to add a few new ones.
Nothing beats good food shared with good friends; so settle in at the Bistro at St Michaels Mount Inn, Barripper, for some seriously tasty fayre.
As a free house, we serve only the very best quality beers, ciders and wines.
We offer a choice of Real Ales, Craft Beers, Ciders and "guest beers" which are served alongside the tradional beers and wines.
St Michaels Mount Inn, a traditional Cornish pub, at the centre of the local community...
A pub should be the heart beat of the local community, not only for the locals but visitors and tourists alike.
As we will be open all day, seven days a week, it makes sense to offer more facilities to the local community. This includes a meeting place; a base for village teams; a small shop, selling the basics including newspapers and a regular local produce market to name but a few.
Over the coming months we intend to involve the pub more and more in the local community with plans to establish it as a 'hub' for local and county services. If, as a local resident, you have any ideas on how we can be more involved, or you wish to hold your church social, community meetings etc. here in the day time, we would love to hear from you. Just pop in when you are passing by or mail us here.

This includes holding regular produce sales, at the front of the pub. So local producers can come along and sell, or barter their produce to the local community...
